Pre-registration milestone rewards: once 40 million players pre-registered, Proxies could claim A-Rank Agent Corin (Attack/Physical), Master Tape ×20, Boopon ×5, and Denny ×30,000. The Stock Up pre-draw web event gave rewards based on the final items each Proxy claimed on the event website.

How do you claim them?

  • Pre-registration milestone rewards: unlock the Mail system in-game and claim them from Mail.

  • Stock Up pre-draw rewards: from July 4, 2024 (UTC+8), there was a Claim Rewards button on the Inventory page. You had to use the same HoYoverse ID as when you created your character, then select the server region and game account. Once claimed, the server and account could not be changed.

  • Mail is valid for 180 days. Please claim your mail and attachments in time.

Can every platform or channel account claim all benefits? Not exactly.

  1. Pre-registration milestone rewards can be claimed when logging into the game on any device.

  2. Stock Up pre-draw rewards require logging in with the same HoYoverse ID used for the event. The server region and account can't be changed once claimed.
